Last Saturday, I was at our church's booth at the Denison Fall Festival handing out materials letting the community know that we are LGBTQ+ inclusive. I had so many flashbacks to former ministry events at different venues when I would NOT have been in this scenario. For me, it's like I've been full circle and now I'm where I should have been to start with! God knew what path I would take when He called me to ministry (filtered through religion) and now so many years later, my heart is so grateful that I'm in a position to experience an inclusive community and inclusive heart! I'm still working through the regrets and sorting out what I want to carry forward from those days that was good. Your friendship is one of those things I don't regret. Love you!
Same. I believe we were meant to be friends no matter what and am glad we get to know the real us now ❤️ and it is so cool you are at an inclusive church now! I also know that full circle feeling all to well. ❤️❤️❤️🏳️🌈
